GlossCraft Auto Studio (“we”) collects only what we need to run the studio: booking details you send us (name, contact, vehicle, service), order details for shop purchases, and basic anonymous analytics.

What we collect

Form submissions (appointment, contact, newsletter, applications), checkout information processed by our payment provider, and standard server logs. We never see or store full card numbers — those go directly to the payment gateway.

How we use it

To confirm bookings, deliver services and orders, send receipts and reminders, and — only with your consent — occasional studio updates. Unsubscribe anytime via any email or by calling us.

Sharing & retention

We share data only with the processors that run the site (hosting, payments, email). Booking and order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes, then deleted on request where the law allows.
